Our mission
At MoveKind, we believe that 30 minutes is enough to take care of your body. No gym membership needed, no expensive equipment, no superhuman motivation required. Just some space at home and the desire to move.
Our mission is simple: make fitness accessible, kind, and progressive for everyone, regardless of level or budget.
The story
I built MoveKind because I wanted a coach. Not a $60-per-session personal trainer. A real coach — someone who knows who I am, what I can do, what I cannot do yet, and how to help me progress. Someone I could give feedback to, and who would actually adapt because of it.
I tried dozens of fitness apps. Every single time, the same disappointment: too much pressure, zero understanding of who I am. Generic programs, guilt-tripping notifications, streaks that make you feel like a failure when you miss a day. Nobody asked me how I was feeling. Nobody adapted.
So I searched for a way to build that ideal coach. I found a synergy between artificial intelligence and CoreML — Apple's technology that lets you run AI models directly on your phone. And I built MoveKind: an AI coach that knows you, adapts to your mood and energy, and evolves with you — the way a truly good coach would.
We are not perfect. But with the help of our community and people who have been through the same struggles, we want to build a tool that works for as many people as possible.

Our ambition is to become the reference for everyday fitness powered by AI. Not elite sports. Not athletes. Everyday fitness — the kind you do at home, between meetings, after a tough day, or on a Sunday morning in your pajamas.
